Where the Spark Cookie Tradition Started
Last year, we kicked off something special — a holiday experiment that mixed cookies, creativity, and a little friendly competition for a good cause.
Each Spark team member baked and decorated a holiday cookie, then shared their creation on LinkedIn for the world to judge. The showdown was structure as follows; every like, comment, and repost turned into a real donation for charity. It was fun, festive, and full of surprises — especially when Lori’s Reindeer Treats stole the show, helping us raise $4,000 for Epilepsy Canada.

But what started as a small team challenge quickly became something bigger — a chance to connect people, creativity, and purpose during the holidays.
This year, we’re expanding: 12 bakers, 12 charities, collective fundraising and a festive, collaborative experience that’s all about connection, creativity, and impact.
