For one evening during TIFF, we're bringing in a master of the craft to share the trade secrets behind choosing talent: how they spot it, test it, and know when the fit is right.
Our guest has sat on both sides of the audition table. First as an actor, then on the other side of it, in the room where it gets decided who walks out with the part. That history is exactly what makes their read of a room so sharp.
